Together, we are dedicated to creating innovative approaches that drive meaningful change and sustainable solutions for the future.

  • In order to maximise the positive impact our approaches have, we share them as widely as possible. This requires collaboration, rather than competition, which is why we have formed a cooperative, rather than a company.

    We are also a cooperative to enable us to better embrace fair, non-extractive work practices. Everyone who works with us receives fair remuneration and being a member-owned organisation, all members have an equal say. Our coop is non-distributive, which means that it is not-for-profit.  Any surpluses are invested in research to further improve our approaches.
